Hawai'i the Big island

Being the youngest of the Hawaiian islands it has very few typical sand beaches. Mostly old lava flows come straight to the ocean forming a beautiful contrast of black and blue. And it's got a very active volcano and two mountains over 4000m. Being in the middle of nowhere in the Pacific means you can see a lot of stars from the top. If that isn't enough there's also a rainforest. Two weeks were just enough. We did some easy treking, incredible snorkeling (with turtles, jejjj J), stand up paddling (no waves L). Alltogether it would be a waste to just lay on the beach (not that we would J )
