We were lucky to have met a Sara W on our trip in Argentina, not only is she loads of fun, she also invited us to stay with her and her flatmates in Sydney and we had a great time. The main pint of interst being the iconic Opera House and even Katja enjoyed the 'architectural' tour. We will have to come back in summer to head to the famed beaches.
Just a 1,5 hour train ride away from Sydney are spectacular Blue Mountains (world heritage site), named so after the eucalyptus trees oil which really makes them look blue in the sunlight. Visiting our very first friend we made on this trip was so much fun. We met Sarah F (great girl) while trekking in Brazil (Chapada Diamantina) and we did some bushwalking together here. Blue mountains reminded us very much of Chapada in Brasil. This time our cook wasn't Puma but Sarah definetly mached up:) We even learned how to properly eat TimTams (chocolate cookies with some filling inside).
